Direct linkOpen Verve in a supported browser on iPhone or iPad. Create an account or sign in through the website; subscriptions are managed through Verve or PayPal.
Direct linkApplicants submit a current selfie. Automated checks assess whether one face is present and whether it appears consistent with the moderated profile photo; every submission remains pending for human review before member access. Approval cannot guarantee identity, age, gender, intentions, relationship status, location, safety or future conduct.
Direct linkSelfie and application-review records are used for application assessment and may be retained where reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal obligations. Access and deletion limits are explained in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
Direct linkCheck browser camera permissions and use a clear, current selfie with one face visible in good lighting. Email the account address and an error description—not your password or selfie—to support.
Direct linkConfirm you are using the same sign-in method and email as the original account. Retry in a current browser, disable extensions that block required login services, and check your connection. Never send support your password or one-time code.
Direct linkUse a unique password, protect access to your email, keep verification codes private and log out of shared devices. If you suspect unauthorised access, stop using links from unexpected messages and email verve@verve.dating.
Direct linkIn Verve, go to Settings, choose Account or Information, then Delete Account and confirm. If you cannot log in, follow the email deletion-request process. Cancel a subscription first so deletion does not leave provider renewal active.
Direct linkApproved free members can browse Orbit profiles without a daily profile limit, send up to 10 outgoing likes per day, keep unlimited one-to-one chats, and join up to 10 public groups or non-general community spaces under a shared limit. Community participation, event browsing and RSVP, and venue-map browsing are also included. Verve does not and will not show ads inside the member experience.
Direct linkPremium is 5.50 monthly or 55 yearly in AUD, USD, CAD, EUR or GBP, including applicable tax. It adds unlimited outgoing likes and unlimited joined public groups or non-general communities, the full Who Liked You view, full alignment details, advanced and keyword filters, location changes, private groups, Mixer, customisation, Discover and Learn, and venue submissions.
Direct linkIn Verve, open Settings, choose Subscription, select Manage or cancel membership, choose a reason and confirm. You can also manage the automatic payment in PayPal. Cancellation stops renewal; paid access continues until the current period ends.
Direct linkFees are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Email Verve support; PayPal processes an approved refund. See Subscription Terms.
Direct linkUse the report control on the relevant profile, message or content when it is available, and preserve useful context. You can also email verve@verve.dating. Reports are assessed by nature, severity and available evidence; no fixed response time is promised.
Direct linkUse the block control available from the relevant member or chat experience. Stop replying, do not negotiate with threats, and protect any off-platform accounts you disclosed. Blocking is not a substitute for contacting emergency services if danger is immediate.
Direct linkChoose a public place, arrange independent transport, tell a trusted person the plan, keep your phone available and leave if you feel pressured. A reviewed badge does not replace personal judgement. Chaperone Mode is currently unavailable.
Direct linkDo not send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking details, passwords, sensitive personal documents or login codes. Stop engaging and report the account. Urgency, secrecy and a request to move off-platform quickly are common warning signs.
Direct linkCheck the browser location permission, confirm location services are on, then reload Verve. A broader radius may be needed where approved membership is limited. Location results and displayed distance are estimates, not proof of someone’s address or current whereabouts.
Direct linkAllow camera permission for Verve in the browser, close other software using the camera, reload the page, and use a current browser version. Avoid public or shared devices for selfie review.
Direct linkRefresh once, check connectivity, update the browser, disable content blockers for Verve if they prevent authentication, and retry in a private window to isolate cached state. Do not clear data if you have unsent work you need to preserve.
Direct linkEmail verve@verve.dating from the address associated with the account and describe the request. Timing depends on identity checks, complexity and applicable law; no instant response is promised.
Direct linkNo support topics match that search. Try fewer words or email verve@verve.dating.
Contact and urgent safety
Write to verve@verve.dating from the account email where possible. Include the device and browser version, what you expected, what happened and any non-sensitive error text. Never send your password, one-time code, full payment credentials, private images or another member’s sensitive information.
Verve does not promise a fixed reply time. Safety issues are assessed according to severity and available context.
Verve is not an emergency service. In Australia, call 000 if someone is in immediate danger. Outside Australia, contact the relevant local emergency service. If it is safe, preserve evidence and use Verve’s reporting path as well.
