Non-negotiables

What a Verve partnership cannot require

Where a collaboration involves personal information, Verve would define purpose, lawful handling, access, retention and deletion before any data is shared. An enquiry does not create a partnership or approval.

How it works

A simple, reviewable proposal

Explain the member benefit

Describe the problem, intended audience, evidence of need and why Verve is relevant.

State the exchange clearly

Include money, promotion, assets, access, dates, deliverables and any data you believe is required.

Document safety and inclusion

Share conduct standards, accessibility information, escalation contacts and relevant qualifications or safeguards.

Agree before announcing

No party should use the other’s name, logo or member stories until scope, permissions and public wording are agreed in writing.

Send a proposal

Useful details for a first email

Include your organisation, contact person, website, proposed audience, geographic scope, dates, expected member benefit, accessibility details, commercial terms and any proposed data handling. Attach links rather than sensitive member information.

Verve does not promise a fixed response time. Proposals are reviewed for relevance, capacity, risk and community value.
