Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your Verve account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your profile data, matches, messages, photos, and community content are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open the Verve app Launch Verve on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to Settings Tap your profile icon, then tap Settings from the menu.

Tap "Account" Scroll down to the Account section within Settings.

Select "Delete Account" Tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision.

Confirm deletion Read the confirmation prompt and tap Delete Permanently to complete the process. Your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for full deletion.

All messages & chats

Matches & connections

Community posts & comments

Location & preference data

Account & login credentials

Usage & activity history

Any linked social login data

ℹ️ Retention note Certain minimal data may be retained for up to 30 days for technical processing, and limited records (such as safety-related bans) may be retained longer where required by law. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data contains no personally identifiable information and may be retained indefinitely.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to log in to delete your account directly, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your Verve account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
